Your Fitbit data, home in Apple Health.
An iPhone app that moves your Fitbit data into Apple Health automatically. Sleep stages, heart rate, blood oxygen, and more. No data brokers, no ads, no analytics. Your health data goes from Google to Apple Health and nowhere else.
Why we built it
If you wear a Fitbit and carry an iPhone, you know the problem. Your sleep, heart rate, and activity live in one app. Apple Health, and everything that reads from it, sees none of it. The sync apps that promise to fix this usually route your health data through their own cloud, and you get to guess what happens to it there.
We wanted our Fitbit data in Apple Health without handing it to a third party. So we built the bridge ourselves and ran it on our own servers. It has synced real data every day for over a month. Now we're getting it ready for everyone else, and it pairs naturally with HealthCoach, our on-device AI coach that reads the same Apple Health data it writes to.
How it works
1. You connect your Google account with read-only access. Google took over Fitbit's data platform, so that's the modern, supported path.
2. Our bridge server pulls your new data on a schedule, normalizes it into Apple Health's units, and holds it just long enough for your phone to collect it. Samples are encrypted at rest while they wait.
3. The app writes them into Apple Health and confirms. The server then deletes its copy. Every sample carries a sync identity, so re-syncing never duplicates, and revised readings replace instead of repeat.

The full sensor suite
Sleep stages, heart rate, resting heart rate, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, steps, distance, active energy, weight, body fat, and VO2 max. If your Fitbit measures it and Apple Health can store it, it syncs.
Syncs while you sleep
The server checks for new data around the clock and stages it for your phone. Even if you don't open the app for days, nothing is lost. It all lands in Apple Health on the next sync.
Privacy as the default
Encrypted on the server, deleted once your phone confirms the write. No ads, no tracking SDKs, no third-party analytics. The privacy policy is short enough to actually read.
Never a duplicate
Every sample carries a sync identity, so re-syncing is always safe. If Fitbit revises a number after the fact, the app updates the record in Apple Health instead of writing it twice.
