itworks is a Claude Code plugin for closeout audits. Each audit is posted as a public notice on itworks.build with the audit date and the criticals still open, and the badge says so in a README.

What it does
Every entry on the board is a closeout summary: the audit date, and the count of findings found, fixed, accepted, and criticals still open. One badge per entry, posted at the same size for everyone.

Three states, no others
CurrentAudited inside 30 days, nothing critical open. The badge stays green until one of those stops being true.
StaleDay 30 turns the badge amber, and the word stale is printed inside it.
Critical openOne open critical turns the badge red on any day, including day one, until that finding is closed.
The first entries on the board are for Hundred Stories, audited 2026-09-19.
